Founded by Dr. Marnell W. Love, CPA, Love-To-Help Accounting & Consulting, LLC is dedicated to assisting small and mid-sized businesses, small governmental units, churches, and non-profits with their accounting needs. At Love-To-Help Accounting & Consulting LLC, we embody the motto, 'Helping organizations that can’t afford traditional CPA services,' ensuring that every organizational client receives expert guidance and support to achieve their mission.
Marnell also holds several key roles at Communities Unlimited Inc., overseeing staff, clients, and partners across multiple states and managing significant federal and private grants. His leadership extended to launching the Minority Business Development Agency Business Center and providing strategic consulting to high-revenue clients.
In addition to his accounting expertise, Marnell has an extensive background in higher education, having served as an Associate Vice-Chancellor at City Colleges of Chicago and as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Dominican University. His roles in corporate settings, such as Exelon Corporation, further solidified his financial management and auditing skills.
Marnell has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting, an MBA from Dominican University in Finance, a Master of Science in Industrial Management and Quality Improvement, and a Doctor of Education with emphases on Instructional Technology and Performance Improvement from Northern Illinois University. He is currently pursuing a Master of Taxation from Mississippi State University.
In addition to his business degrees, he holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Ministries from the United Faith Christian Institute. He also earned a Master of Divinity, a PhD in Pastoral Ministry from Newburgh Theology Seminary, and a Master and Doctorate in Pastoral Psychology and Counseling from Trinity Evangelical Christian University.
Aside from his business achievements, Marnell has dedicated decades to the Ministry of Christ. He has provided pastoral care and counseling through various chaplaincy roles and held leadership positions at multiple churches and non-profit organizations. His commitment to the Ministry of Christ is a testament to his personal values and adds a human touch to his professional profile. Marnell is the founder and pastor of the Love of Christ Church, which provides full ministry services to seniors and those who can no longer attend church due to age or disability.
